Prince William’s engagement

Prince’s William has finally made official his engagement with his beloved Kate Middleton. During a small and simple ceremony, Kate became an official member of the royal family. The young couple announced that their wedding is planned for spring or summer of 2011, in London. The couple had nevertheless already had their engagement a month ago, during their holiday in Africa. Standing in front of the Buckingham Palace, William and Kate addressed the journalists and photographers, and the bride-to-be showed her diamond engagement ring, the same Prince Charles had given o Diana on the day of their engagement. The 18 carat ring, adorned by a sapphire and diamonds, is from Garrard.
